Punjab PCS Selection Process 2025
The candidates for various officer-level posts will be selected through a three-stage recruitment process which includes Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Only the applied candidates can appear for the Prelims Exam and after qualifying for the preliminary exam, they can appear for Mains Exam. The last round i.e. Interviews will be conducted only for the mains qualified candidates. Marks scored in mains and interviews will be considered for the final selection for released vacancies.

Punjab PCS 2025 Exam Pattern
Punjab PCS Prelims Exam consists of 2 papers which will be conducted on a single day. Paper 1 consists of 100 questions of General Studies and Paper 2 consists of 80 questions from Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT).
- There shall be no negative marking in Punjab PCS Prelims Exam.
- CSAT Exam shall be qualifying, and candidates need to score minimum of 40% marks
- Marks obtained in prelims exam will not be counted in the final merit list.
