WBPDCL Recruitment 2025 Summary

The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL) is going to hire experienced retired personnel (superannuated staff) on a contractual basis. The contract will be for one year, but it can be extended based on their performance. Candidates who have not crossed 63 years of age can apply for the WBPDCL Recruitment 2025. The educational and experience requirements are as per the posts. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and shortlisted for the Interview, which will be conducted in Kolkata.

WBPDCL Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualificaiton:

1. Magazine In-Charge / Assistant Magazine In-Charge: Must be a Graduate in any stream with basic computer knowledge.
2. Associates (Technical Posts): Must have a Science Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering.
3. Supervisors (Coal Sampling, Workshop, etc.): Should be a Graduate, or have Higher Secondary or ITI, based on experience.
4. Consultants (IR, Welfare, HR): Need to be a Graduate with MBA in HR or PG Diploma in Personnel Management / MSW / DSW or similar
5. Executives (Security): Should be retired police officers, preferably of the Dy. SP rank or higher.
6. Special Officers (Land): Must be retired land officials with relevant experience.
7. Medical Officer: Must have an MBBS degree and be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and West Bengal Medical Council.
