UPSSSC PET Notification 2025 Out, Apply From 14 May, Validity Increased to 3 Yrs

After 2 years, UPSSSC has released UPSSSC PET 2025 Notification pdf for conducting the UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test-2025 (प्रारम्भिक अर्हता परीक्षा 2025). Lakhs of candidates who are looking forward to applying for various Group C posts can submit their applications for UP PET 2025 Exam, for which the link will be activated on 14th May 2025 onwards at http://upsssc.gov.in/. It is also notified that the validity of UP PET scores has been increased to 3 years, which was earlier 1 year.

What is UPSSSC PET Exam?

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) conducts UPSSSC PET 2025 exam for shortlisting the candidates who are willing to appear for various Group C posts. It is a state-level entry exam organized in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who qualify PET exam become eligible to appear in the mains examinations for various posts in the state government departments of Uttar Pradesh.

UPSSSC PET 2025 Registration Dates

Along with UPSSSC PET 2025 Notification, the commission has released the dates for submitting application forms, fee, and correction dates.

• UPSSSC PET Notification Release Date- 2nd May 2025
• Apply Online Start Date- 14th May 2025
• Last Date to Apply Online- 17th June 2025
• Last Date to pay the application fee- 24th June 2025
• Last Date to make corrections to the application form- 24th June 2025

UPSSSC PET 2025 Eligibility

Candidates willing to appear for the UPSSSC PET 2025 Exam must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria, which have been mentioned in the UPSSSC PET Notification 2025.

• Education Qualification: High school/ class 10 or any other equivalent exam
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as on 01/07/2025)
• Nationality: Indian

UPSSSC PET 2025 Validity Increased

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has revised the validity of UPSSSC PET Scores. The validity has been increased now to 3 years from 1 year and it is applicable for future Group C recruitments in Uttar Pradesh.

UPSSSC PET Application Form 2025

The link for submitting UPSSSC PET Online Form 2025 will be available from 14th May 2025 onwards at the official website http://upsssc.gov.in/. Candidates holding the required eligibility criteria must have to submit their applications by 17th June 2025. The fee and application correction window will be active till 24th June 2025 and the payment mode will be online.

Process of filling UPSSSC PET Application Form 2025

The process of filling the application form is divided into the following five parts-

1. Visit the Official Website, http://upsssc.gov.in
2. Check “Live Advertisements” and click on UPSSSC PET 2025 Apply Online
3. Candidate Registration: First, candidates have to register themself at http://upsssc.gov.in/ using a valid mobile number and email ID.
4. Uploading Photo and Signature: Now upload the signature and photograph in the requisite size & dimensions.
5. Filling in the Remaining Part of the Form: Enter the personal details, including education qualification, parents’ names, desired post, and other details.
6. Fee Payment and Reconciliation & Submission of Application Form: Pay the required application fee as mentioned in the UPSSSC PET Notification 2025 for your category.
7. Taking a Printout of the Application Form: Submit the application form before last date i.e. 17th June 2025 and take a printout of the application form.
