Steps to Fill UP Police SI Application Form 2025
To apply online for the UP Police SI Recruitment 2025, candidates must follow the steps provided below.
Step 1: Check eligibility criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university.
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years as of July 1, 2025 (with age relaxations for reserved categories as per government rules).
- Physical Standards: Meet the specified height, chest (for males), and weight (for females) requirements.
- Medical Standards: Pass the required medical tests, including vision, hearing, etc.
Step 2: Complete one-time registration (OTR)

- Provide a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Verify your identity using an OTP sent to your registered email and mobile, and one of the following identification documents: Aadhaar, DigiLocker, PAN, Driving License, or Passport.

Step 3: Fill out the application form

Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, and necessary certificates (10th, 12th, graduation, caste certificate) in the specified format. Provisional degrees are acceptable if the original is unavailable, but the original is needed for verification. Female candidates in reserved categories must upload a caste certificate in their father’s name.
Step 5: Pay the application fee
Pay the fee online based on your category. The fee is ₹500 for UR/OBC/EWS and ₹400 for SC/ST categories.
