UCO Bank LBO Selection Process 2025
Under the selection process for Local Bank Officer (LBO) posts candidates have to undergo the 3 stages of selection stage which are an Online examination, a Language Proficiency Test, Interview. The weightage (ratio) for the online test and interview shall be 80:20 respectively. The final selection of candidates for LBO posts will be subject to qualifying in a test of a specified local language and the combined final score obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination and Interview.

UCO Bank LBO Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Qualified candidates in the online test will be eligible to appear for the next phase of the selection process i.e. Language Proficiency Test. Candidates should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in any one of the specified local languages of the State they have applied in application forms. Candidates who do not appear in local proficiency tests will not be allowed to appear for personal interviews.
UCO Bank LBO Personal Interview
Qualified candidates in the LBO online exam and Language Proficiency Test will be called to appear for the Personal Interview. The interview will be held for 100 marks and candidates from the general category have to score a minimum of 40 marks and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories the minimum qualifying mark shall be 35.
