One Time Registration (OTR) refers to the process where candidates make a single profile on a portal to apply for multiple exams by using the same login details. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is responsible for conducting multiple exams, SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, GD, etc. When a candidate wanted to apply for these exams, they had to log in separately and fill out the form each time, which was complicated and time-consuming. So, SSC uses One Time Registration (OTR) to make the process easier with a single login for all exams.
