SSC JHT Apply Online 2025, Application Starts on 5 June

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct the Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2025 to recruit eligible candidates for Senior Hindi Translator/ Senior Translator, Junior Hindi Translator/Junior Translator/ Junior Translation Officer posts. The online application window for accepting the application forms for the SSC JHT Exam 2025 will begin from 5th June 2025 onwards, along with the release of the notification PDF. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam need to fill out and submit the SSC JHT Application Form 2025 before the specified deadline, failing which they will not be considered for the exam.

The SSC JHT Apply Online 2025 process will consist of two stages: one-time registration and application forms. First, new users need to provide basic information and get the registration number. After completing the registration process, candidates can log in using their registration ID and password to submit the SSC JHT Application Form. The process of filling online application for the examination consists of two parts:

Step 1- One-Time Registration

• Visit the official website Staff Selection Commission (SSC), i.e., https://ssc.gov.in.
• Now, click on “Apply” appearing on the right side of the homepage.
• After that, click on “Apply” in front of SSC JHT Examination 2025.
• For already registered candidates- Enter your registration number and password, and then enter your basic details like name, parents’ names, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
• For New Registration- “Click on the ‘New User? Register Now’ link if you haven’t registered before.”
• Then, on the “Continue” button to proceed further.
• Enter personal details including Aadhar number, name, date of birth, email ID, phone number, etc.
• Now, submit the details, and a Registration ID is issued to candidates.
• In the next step, candidates need to create a password and then move further.

Step 2- Online Application

• Now, log in using the Registration ID and Password.
• Enter additional details such as Educational qualifications, gender, address, etc.
• In the next step, candidates are required to upload photographs and signatures.
• Preview the complete SSC JHT application form so that all details are correct.
• Pay the required application fee.
• Save and download the SSC JHT Application Form for future reference.

Documents Required for SSC JHT Online Form

While submitting the SSC JHT Online Form, the candidate needs the following documents/details:

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP)
• Recent passport-sized color photograph with dimensions and sizes of 20 KB to 50 KB, 100×120 pixels.
• Scanned copy of your signature with dimensions and sizes of 10 KB to 12 KB, 140×60 pixels.
• Aadhaar number. If the Aadhaar number is not available, please give one of the following ID Numbers. (You will be required to show the original document at a later stage):

4. Driving License
5. School/ College ID
6. Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)

• Information about the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination.
• Disability Certificate Number if you are a person with a benchmark disability.
• If any experience is required for the specific post, relevant experience certificates should be provided.
• For candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), a valid category certificate is required.
