SEBI Grade A Eligibility Criteria Details

Legal	Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
Information Tech	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science

SEBI Grade A 2025 Syllabus and Exam Pattern Overview

Phase 1 (Online Screening Test): Two papers — Paper 1 on General Awareness, Reasoning, Aptitude, and English (100 marks, 60 minutes); Paper 2 on stream-specific subjects (100 marks, 40 minutes). This phase is qualifying in nature.

Phase 2 (Online Exam): Comprehensive test covering post-specific subjects, constituting 85% weightage in final selection (200 marks).

Interview: Final round carrying 15% weightage (15 marks).
