Educational Qualifications
- At least a Second Class Master’s Degree in
- Economics, or
- Statistics, or
- Mathematics with a paper in Statistics, or
- Commerce with Statistics, or
- At least a Second Class M.Sc (Agriculture) in Statistics from a university established by law in India or foreign qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government.
And
A certificate of RS-CIT course conducted by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited, awarded by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, or any other certificate
Experience
At least one year of experience in handling official statistics in a Government Department provided that candidates:
(a) with a first-class Master’s degree or Doctorate in any of the specified subjects as Educational Qualifications; or
(b) having successfully completed two years’ training in Statistics at a recognized Statistical Institute or University; or
(c) having passed a one-year Diploma Course from a recognized University or Institution having Statistics and Economics as optional papers; or
(d) belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, are not required to have this experience.
Working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture is mandatory.
Age Limit (1/1/2026)
Candidates must be between 21 to 40 years of age and relaxations is as per the governement norms.
