Indian Railways has announced 32438 vacant posts for various Group D Level 1 positions for which the online registration portal is now active. After the completion of the application process, the board will release the application status notifying whose applications are accepted or rejected. The next step will be the announcement of the Railway Group D Exam Date 2025 which will be done after the release of application status. The CBT Exam is expected to be conducted in July/August 2025 after the conduction of exams for RRB NTPC, Teacher and Ministerial posts and the schedule can be released in June 2025. Railway Group D Exam 2025
As lakhs of candidates have submitted their applications till now and lakhs are still looking forward to applying, the competition to grab the position is going to be higher than any other railway exam. To understand the complete details about the recruitment, the candidates must be aware of the selection process, exam pattern, and most importantly syllabus.
The criteria for selecting the candidates will be based on the following three stages-
- Computer Based Test (CBT 1)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification and Medical Examination
To be eligible for the released vacancies, the candidates need to first register themself and apply online before the last date arrives. Afterwards, the candidates have to attempt in the Computer-Based Test which is expected in June-July 2025 and score marks more than cut-off marks. The shortlisted candidates then have to appear for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and candidates qualifying in the physical test will be called for Document Verification and Medical Examination which will be the final stage of selecting candidates.
