General Criteria for Eligibility
Candidates applying for the posts must have the ability to read, write, and speak Odia fluently and,
- Passed the Middle School Examination with Odia as a subject.
- Passed HSC or equivalent exam with Odia as the medium of instruction.
- Passed Odia as a subject in the final exam of Class VII or above from a recognized school.
- Passed an Odia test at the Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Govt.. of Odisha.
