The selection process has two stages
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Skill Test

The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidates’ performance, with 80% weight given to the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and 20% weight given to the Skill Test

Junior Management Trainees will get Rs 30,000 per month for 1 year in the training period and will get Rs 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 after the completion of the probation period. Junior Maintenance & Operator Trainees will get Rs. 17000 per month for 1 year and get Rs. 25,600 to Rs. 81,200 after the training period.
