As per the schedule, the OMR-based written examination for the recruitment of the post of S.I. is scheduled for 4th and 5th October 2025 (Saturday & Sunday).Â

Odisha Police SI 2025 Exam Pattern
Candidates interested in Sub-Inspector posts must be aware of the Odisha Police SI Exam Pattern 2025 to effectively prepare for the exam and qualify for the exam.
- The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Mode.
- The medium of examination will be English and Odia.
- It consists of 2 Papers, Paper 1 for Odia and English Language and Paper 2 for General Studies.
- Paper 1 consists of 100 questions for 100 marks.
- Paper 2 consists of 200 questions for 200 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
- 120 minutes will be provided to complete the Paper and 180 minutes will be provided for Paper 2.
