The National Testing Agency (NTA) has finally released the most awaited NEET UG Result 2025 on June 14, 2025 [Saturday] at the official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. This year, the NEET Exam 2025 was conducted for approximately 23 lakh candidates. As the results are announced, all the medical candidates who have appeared for the exam can now check their Percentile, Rank, and Marks from the NTA official website or by simply clicking on the direct link that has been updated in the article below. In order to download the NEET Scorecard 2025, candidates are required to enter their Application Number and date of birth as login credentials.
NEET UG Result 2025 Out
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 was successfully conducted on May 04, 2025. The exam was held at 5,453 different examination centers located in 552 cities across India and 14 cities outside India. After the successful completion of the exam, the NTA has now announced the NEET Scorecard 2025 on June 14, 2025 at its official website. The NEET Result 2025 contains the final scores of all the candidates who participated in the NEET Exam.
All the 23 lakh candidates who appeared in the exam can check their final NEET UG Result 2025 now. The re-revised result consists of the student’s name, subject-wise marks, total marks, All India Rank for 15% AIQ seats, etc. The NEET 2025 Counselling Schedule will soon be uploaded to the official portal.

On July 14, 2025, the National Testing Agency has activated the link for NEET Result 2025 at the official website www.exams.nta.ac.in. In order to download the online score cards, all the candidates who took the NEET 2025 Exam need to log in using their Application Number and Date of Birth. This year, Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 with a percentile of 99.9999547 in the NEET UG Exam.
The Scorecard includes all the necessary information like Subject-wise (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) percentile scores, total marks scored, All-India Rank, Category Rank, and Cut Off. As the results are released, we have also updated a direct link to download the NEET 2025 Scorecard here.
Steps to Check NTA NEET UG Result 2025
As the NEET 2025 Results are officially announced, all the candidates who appeared for the examination can check and download their results by visiting the official website of the NTA and following the steps discussed below.
Step 1: First, visit the official website of the National Testing Agency i.e., https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Click Here for NEET 2025 Score card” tab given on the screen.
Step 3: Fill up the Application Number and Date of Birth on the login page.
Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button.
Step 5: A new page with NEET Re-Revised Result 2025 with the Score card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check all the details mentioned in the result.
Step 6: Download the result of NEET 2025 and also take a printout of it for further use.

NEET UG Marking Scheme
In the NEET Exam 2025, there were a total of 200 multiple-choice objective questions, and out of them, the students were required to answer 180 questions only. The NEET 2025 exam was conducted for a total of 720 marks. During the evaluation process of NEET Exams, faculty members will add +4 marks for each correct answer and will also deduct -1 mark for each wrong answer.
