The result of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I), has been announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 28th April 2025. NDA 1 Result 2025 Out
The NDA 1 examination was successfully conducted by UPSC on 13th April 2025 for admission of eligible candidates to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the NDA 155th Course, and for the 117th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 1st January, 2026. Candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the NDA 1 Result 2025 are now eligible to appear for the next stage of the selection process, the SSB Interview.

Steps to Check NDA Result 2025
- Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at www.upsc.gov.in.
- On the homepage of UPSC, click on the link that reads “Written Result – National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2025”.
- The result PDF for the NDA 1 examination appears on the screen.
- Search your roll number in the list of qualified candidates by using the Ctrl +F shortcut.
- If the candidate’s roll number as mentioned in the admit card appears on the result PDF, that means you are selected for the next stage of the exam i.e. interview round
- Download the NDA Result PDF for future records.

What Next After NDA 1 Result 2025?
Candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the NDA 1 Result 2025 PDF are eligible to participate in the NDA SSB interview exam. Candidates are advised to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks of the announcement of the written result to choose the exam centers and dates for the SSB interview exam.
SSB Interview
- The SSB interview evaluates both the intelligence and personality of candidates.
- The SSB Interview has two stages and takes place over five days. Qualified candidates in this stage will proceed to the stage II exam.
- Stage I includes the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test and the Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT)
- Stage II includes the Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests, and a final Conference
- The NDA SSB Interview carries a total of 900 marks
NDA Marksheet 2025
The NDA 1 Marksheet of the candidates who appeared in the exam will be released by UPSC within fifteen (15) days from the date of declaration of the final result. The NDA 1 mark sheet will contain the candidate’s marks in the written exam and interview. The mark sheets will remain available on the UPSC website for 30 days.
