Subedar (Stenographer)

(b) Passed Shorthand (Ashulipi) at 100 words per minute from a recognized Board/Council/Polytechnic/ITI or equivalent institute in Madhya Pradesh.
(c) Must have passed the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) organized by the Department of Science and Technology, which includes Hindi typing.
(d) Must have passed a Diploma-level Computer Course from any of the following:
- Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC), or
- A government-recognized ITI in the course “Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)” (1-year course), or
- A recognized Polytechnic/Institute/College/University/ITI in Modern Office Management, or
- A recognized university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) offering a Diploma in Computer Applications.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer)
(a) Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized Board or Institute.
(b) Must have passed the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) organized by the Department of Science and Technology, with Hindi typing.
(c) Must have completed one of the following computer-related qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering/ MCA / BCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT from an institute approved by AICTE, or
- Diploma-level Computer Course organized by DOEACC, or
- 1-year COPA certificate from a government-recognized ITI, or
- Modern Office Management Course from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute/College/University/ITI, or
- Diploma in Computer Applications from an institute recognized by the UGC.
