JKSSB Constable Admit Card 2025 Out
The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the post of Constable (Armed/IRP/SDRF/Executive) will be conducted from 24th September 2025 at M.A. Stadium, Jammu. Steps to Download JKSSB Constable PST PET Admit Card 2025
Candidates must follow these steps to download the JKSSB Constable Admit Card 2025 for Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET).
- Visit the official website of Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), https://jkssb.nic.in/.
- On the homepage, click on the “Download Admit Card ” Tab
- There you see the PET PST Admit Car (Home Department)
- After clicking, you are redirected to the new page where you have to enter the Application Number, followed by the captcha code.
- After submitting the details, your admit card for PST and PET appears on the screen
- Download, save and print for the physical test conducted from 24th September 2025.
JKSSB Constable Physical Test 2025
The Physical standard test and measurement test for the constables is as follows:
Physical Standards:
a) For Male Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches
- Chest (Unexpanded): Minimum 32 inches
- Chest (Expanded): Minimum 33.5 inches
b) For Female Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
Only candidates who clear the PST will be allowed to take part in the PET.
For Male Candidates:
- Long Race: 1600 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Push-ups: 20 (1 full cycle = up and down)
For Female Candidates:
- Long Race: 1000 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Shot Put (4 kg): Minimum distance of 14.5 feet in 3 attempts
