JENPAS UG 2025 Application Form Soon, Exam Date (Out), Eligibility

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is responsible for conducting JENPAS UG. The full form of JENPAS UG is Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences Undergraduate and this is an entrance exam specifically for undergraduates who want to pursue nursing, paramedical, and allied health science courses. Students after completing their graduation and looking for these courses in WB, must submit their application forms for JENPAS UG 2025 when registration starts.

The window to submit JENPAS UG Application Form 2025 will be opened shortly at https://wbjeeb.in/jenpas-ug/ and the last date to submit the applications will also be notified than only. Though the exam date has been already notified, the students can start their preparation for the entrance test now only and when the registration starts, they can register.

JENPAS UG 2025 Exam Date

The exam date for JENPAS UG 2025 has been already announced with the annual calendar by WBJEE. As per the announcement, the JENPAS (UG) Exam will be conducted on 25th May 2025 (Sunday) and only registered candidates will be eligible to appear for the examination. The admit cards with complete details for the entrance exam will be released in 2nd week of May 2025.

Important Dates for JENPAS UG 2025 Exam

Till now only the exam date has been released and for the registration dates, the officials have mentioned “will be announced shortly” at the official website. As soon as the schedule to submit JENPAS UG Application Form 2025 is released, the same will also be updated here.

How to Fill JENPAS 2025 Application Form

To submit application forms candidates must have a stable internet connection through out the registration process. Follow the step by step procedure discussed below;

Step 1: Registration

• Open the official website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB)- https://wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/ or https://wbjeeb.in/jenpas-ug/
• Now click on the link “JENPAS UG 2025 Application” and then Click on “New Registration”.
• Enter all the personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and more as asked.
• Now create a strong password and choose a security question and answer of your choice and remember that for future reference.
• Review all the details carefully and click on “Submit”.
• You will also receive the application number and password via SMS and email that will be used for further registration process.

Step 2: Login

• Go back to the login page.
• Enter your Registration ID/Application Number and the password you created.
• Click on “Login” or “Apply Now”.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

• Once logged in, you will need to fill in the remaining details in the application form. This may include:
• Personal details (religion, nationality, category, PwD status, family income status, etc.)
• Educational qualifications (Class 10th and 12th details).
• Select the paper(s) you want to appear for: Paper-I only, Paper-II only, or both.
• Choose your preferred exam zones (centers).

Step 4: Upload Documents

• Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents as per the specifications mentioned in the official notification. These usually include:
• Recent passport-size color photograph in JPG/JPEG format (10 kb – 200 kb).
• Signature in JPG/JPEG format (4 kb – 30 kb).
• Other documents like Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, domicile certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and  EWS/PwD certificates (if applicable) in PDF format (50 kb – 300 kb).

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

• Pay the application fee online through the available payment methods (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card).
• The fee amount will depend on the number of papers you are appearing for and your category.

• As the Payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation.

Step 6: Final Submission and Confirmation

• As the payment process is complete, recheck your details filled in the application form and the uploaded document carefully.
• Click on the “Final Submit” button.
• Once the application is submitted, you will see a confirmation page.
• Download and take multiple printouts of the confirmation page for your records.
