What do Officials say for SSC CGL Exam 2025 Postponed?
The SSC Chairman, S. Gopalakrishnan, has confirmed that SSC CGL Tier‑1 2025 will not be postponed and will be conducted as per the schedule decided. “If even one candidate has been wronged, we will conduct the exam again for them,” the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Chairman, S Gopalakrishnan. He indicated that a rescheduled test may be held for candidates who did not get a “fair chance” during the original test window due to disruptions.
The Chairman acknowledged the issues of mismanagement, pointing to computer system failures, malfunctioning mice, and the assignment of far-off exam centres to candidates. He stated that the commission has already contacted Eduquity Career Technologies—the agency responsible for conducting the exams- urging them to address these reported problems. He also added that penalties may be imposed for failures such as system crashes and hardware issues.
SSC CGL Exam Date 2025
As officially notified with the release of official notification and annual calendar, SSC CGL Exam will be held in between 13th August to 30th August 2025. The exact dates will be mentioned on candidates’ exam city slips and admit cards. The city intimation slips will be released shortly with exam city details for the candidates, followed by the release of admit cards at www.ssc.gov.in.
