Indian Oil Corporation Limited has initiated the recruitment drive to fill a total of 246 vacancies. Candidates will be selected for IOCL Recruitment 2025 on the basis of their performance in Computer-Based Test (CBT). IOCL Junior Operator Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the IOCL Recruitment 2025 must check that they meet the eligibility criteria set by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). Educational Qualification

IOCL Junior Operator Selection Process 2025

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has decided the selection process for all three posts:

1. For Junior Operators with post codes 101 to 123 and Junior Attendants post codes 201 to 204, the selection is based on Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will only be qualifying.
2. For Junior Business Assistants with post codes 205 to 208, candidates have to take the Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) which is also qualifying in nature.

IOCL Exam Pattern 2025

In IOCL Recruitment 2025, the Computer-based test will be of objective type paper which contains 100 questions each carrying 1 mark with no negative marking and the time to complete the test is 120 minutes.

Junior Operator

Candidates must secure at least 35% in both Section A and Section B. The overall cut-off for the Computer Based Test (CBT) is 40% and for SC/ST candidates 5% relaxation is given in the minimum qualifying marks.

For Junior Attendant

In the Junior Attendant examination, the criteria for qualifying for SPPT that every candidate will have to secure a minimum overall cut-off of 35% marks in the Computer Based Test (CBT).

Junior Business Assistant

For Junior Business Assistant, candidates have to qualify for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) with meet the minimum cut-off of 35% marks in the Computer Based Test (CBT)

IOCL Junior Operator Salary 2025

The Indian Oil Corporation Limited has briefed the pay scale for all three notified posts in the official notification. The Junior Operator and Junior Attendant has a salary range of Rs.23000 to Rs.78000 and for the Junior Business Assistant, the pay scale ranges from Rs.25000 to Rs.105000.
