India Post has released the roll number of candidates shortlisted to appear for document verification through the GDS 1st Merit List on 21st March 2025. The candidates who have applied for 21413 vacancies can now download the result and merit list pdf from the official website of India Post at https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/. The India Post GDS Result 2025 1st merit lists are released separately for 22 circles announcing 21316 candidates shortlisted for document verification.
India Post GDS 1st Merit List 2025 Out
The registration forms were accepted and lakhs of 10th pass candidates have applied for GDS Online Engagement Schedule-1, January 2025. Through this recruitment, 21413 GDS posts [i.e. Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)/Dak Sevaks] will be recruited. The selection of the candidates is done based on the prepared merit list of marks obtained in the Secondary School Examination or 10th standard. The shortlisted candidates now have to appear for Document verification before 7th April 2025 to the Divisional Head mentioned against their names in the GDS Merit List 2025.

- Visit the official website of India Post GDS Online at https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/.
- On the left side of the homepage in the Candidate’s Corner, search for “List of Shortlisted Candidates”.
- Select the circle you have applied for.
- Download the GDS Result & Merit List PDF for your circle.
- Search for your roll number with the Ctrl+F shortcut in the list of shortlisted candidates.
- If your roll number appears in the list, you are eligible to appear for a document verification round.
