The selection will be done through a written examination and interview (only for Airport Ground Staff). The monthly salary for Airport Ground Staff is Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 35000/- and for Loader will be Rs. 15000 to Rs. 25000 as mentioned in IGI Aviation Services Notification 2025.

IGI Aviation Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The eligible candidates who will be applying for the IGI Aviation Recruitment 2025 first have to appear for a written exam, and all those candidates who will qualify in the written exam will have to appear for the next stage, that is, an interview. There will be no Interview for the candidates who have applied for the post of Loader; their selection will be done on the basis of the written exam.

IGI Aviation Exam Pattern 2025

The written examination will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes. There will be a marking scheme of 1 mark for each correct answer ,and there will be no negative marking. The written examination syllabus will be the same for both positions However, the level of the exam will be up to 12th standard/grade for Airport Ground Staff posts and 10th standard for Loader posts.
