The PwD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates who will use a scribe for the IBPS Clerk exam must submit this form by visiting the official website www.ibps.in or directly from the link shared. For every examination, the scribe form needs to be filled out separately.
What is IBPS Online Scribe Declaration Form?
The Online Scribe Declaration Form is a document (filled online) required for candidates with disabilities applying for IBPS exams, who wish to use a scribe/writer during the test. Candidates with visual impairment, locomotor disability, cerebral palsy, etc., can fill the online scribe declaration form, else the entry for the scribe will not be permitted.

Candidates who wish to take a scribe to IBPS Clerk exam must submit the scribe form which has now been made available at the official website of IBPS www.ibps.in. The candidate must choose the scribe themselves, usually at their own cost. The candidates must note that the scribe must not be a candidate in the same recruitment process.

- Visit the official website of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), www.ibps.in.
- Now click on “CRP CSA (Customer Service Associate)”>> CRP Clerical Cadre XV.
- Click on “Link for Online Scribe Declaration Form for CRP CSA XV”.
- Click on Candidate Login and select all checkboxes.
- Now enter your Candidate’s Registration No. and Password.
