Before submitting the application forms, candidates must pay an application fee, as without an application fee, the form will be rejected. The fee can be paid online using a debit card, a credit card, internet banking, mobile wallets, etc. The application fee is non-refundable, as the fee once paid will not be refunded. Steps for IB Security Assistant Apply Online 2025

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will conduct the recruitment process for Security Assistant/Executive posts. To apply online for the post, candidates can follow the steps provided below.

1. Visit the official website: Go to the official website of the MHA at www.mha.gov.in or the NCS portal at www.ncs.gov.in.
2. Find the application link: Click on the link for “Online Applications for the posts of Security Assistant SA/Executive Examination 2025”.
3. Register online: Select “Online Registration” and create a login ID and password by providing the requested details, including a valid email ID and mobile number.
4. Log in and complete the application form: Use your newly created login credentials to log in and proceed to fill out the online application form.
5. Enter your details: Carefully fill in your personal details, educational qualifications (Matriculation/10th pass), and any other required information as per the instructions in the form.
6. Upload necessary documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size (Photo: 100–200KB, JPG/JPEG; Signature: 80–150KB, JPG/JPEG). You will also need to upload your domicile certificate for the state you are applying to.
7. Pay the application fee: The application fee is ₹650/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹550/- for SC/ST/ExSM and all female candidates. Pay the fee online using a debit card, a credit card, net banking, or a mobile wallet.
8. Submit the form: After verifying all the information and successfully paying the fee, submit the application form before the deadline of August 17, 2025.
9. Download and print: Download and print a copy of the submitted application form for your records and future reference.
