The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering also known as GATE is a national-level entrance exam held for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, architecture, science, and humanities. This year GATE Exam was conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee on 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th February 2025. The result for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Result 2025 will be released on 19th March 2025. The GATE Result 2025 link will be made available on the official website https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/. Candidates must keep their login details i.e. Enrollment number or Email ID and Password to check their results.
GATE 2025 Result
The GATE Result 2025 along with the GATE cut-off, toppers list and subject-wise cut-offs will be released on the official website at https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/. The GATE result includes the Candidate’s name, the Raw marks out of 100, and the GATE score out of 1000. GATE Score Card 2025 will be released on 28th March 2023 along with subject-wise marks scored by the candidates. The validity of the scorecard is 3 years from the date of release of the scorecard.
Those candidates who qualify in the GATE exam are offered admission to Master’s and doctoral programs in courses such as engineering, technology, architecture, science and arts. They also become eligible to be recruited at Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in the country.
GATE Result 2025 Link
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) will activate the direct link to check GATE Result 2025 on its official website https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/ on 19th March 2025. Candidates who appeared in the GATE Exam can check whether they qualified or not in the exam through the result. The direct link to check the result will also shared here which redirects candidates to the login page of the result link.
GATE Cut Off 2025
The minimum scores that are to be obtained by the candidates in the GATE Exam 2025 are the cut-off marks. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore will release the subject-wise GATE cut-off marks on the official website. The GATE participating universities will publish the merit list, which will determine which students will receive final admission, based on the qualifying cut-off marks. Steps to Check GATE 2025 Result
- Visit Official Website – Web browser and go to the official website of GATE 2025 i.e. https://gate2025.iitr.ac.in/.
- Find Result Link – On the homepage of GATE 2025 click on the link that reads ‘GATE 2025 Result Announced’
- Enter Login Credentials – Candidates are redirected to a new login page. Enter valid login details i.e. and Password.
- Click on Login Tab – Candidates are required to evaluate the arithmetic expression, enter the answer in the box, and click on the Login tab.
- Download Result – The candidate’s GATE Result is displayed on the system screen. Download and print a hard copy of the result for future records.
