- Visit the official website of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam) at https://vyapam.cgstate.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the Admit Card tab.
- A new open on the screen tab on the link that reads “संचालनालय, स्वास्थ्य सेवायें, छत्तीसगढ़ के अंतर्गत स्टाफ नर्स पदों की भर्ती परीक्षा (HSSN25) के प्रवेश पत्र”.
- Candidates are redirected to a new login page. Enter Registered Mobile Number and Password.
- Type the Captcha Code shown on the screen. Click on the Login button.
- The CG Vyapam Staff Nurse Admit Card 2025 appears on the system screen.
