The admit card will be released for candidates who have successfully registered for 457 vacancies. Candidates can access their CDA 1 admit cards by logging in with either their registration number or roll number from the admit card link that will be available on the official website of UPSC.
CDS Admit Card 2025
The CDS 1 Admit Card 2025 will contain details about the exam center location, exam date, and exam timing, and exam day guidelines. Candidates must bring a printed copy of the CDS Admit Card along with a photo-identity proof to the exam center. The selection process is based on a written test followed by an SSB interview for intelligence and personality tests.

Steps to Download CDS Admit Card 2025
Follow the below step by step process to successfully download the admit card for the CDS 1 exam.
- Go to the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at https://upsconline.nic.in/.
- Under the What’s New section on the homepage, click on the link with the text reading “e-Admit Cards: UPSC Combined Defence Service Examination (I), 2025”.
- A new login page opens on the screen.
- Click login details of either of the two options- By Registration Number’ or ‘By Roll Number.
- Enter the registration number/roll number (as per the option selected) along with the date of birth.
- Fill in the captcha code and click on the ‘submit’ tab.
- The CDA Admit Card 2025 for the CDS 1 exam appears on the system screen.
- Download and take a printout of the admit card to carry to the exam hall.

The UPSC Combined Defense Service Examination (I) 2025 Exam will be held in 03 shifts at various exam centers throughout the country.

Candidates appearing for the CDS 1 Exam 2025 must ensure that they carry important documents with them in addition to their admit cards to the exam hall on the date of the examination.
- A printcopy of CDS 1 Admit Card 2025
- Original Photo identity proof such as an Adhaar card/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID card
- Passport-size photograph
- Blue or Black ballpoint pen
- Any other document, as mentioned in the CDS admit card
