BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2025 Summary

Candidates must have passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 60% marks, or have completed 10th grade along with an ITI certificate in a related trade, to be eligible for BSF HC Recruitment 2025. The selection process includes multiple stages such as a Physical Test, Written Examination, Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100.

The Border Security Force (BSF) has released the important dates for the BSF Head Constable RO RM  Recruitment 2025. Educational Qualifications

For Head Constable (Radio Operator)

Candidates must have any one of the following:

• Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as regular subjects from a recognized board/university with 60% aggregate marks in PCM. Or
• Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board + two years ITI Certificate in one of the following trades:

1. Radio and Television
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)
4. Data Preparation and Computer Software
5. General Electronics Engineering
6. Data Entry Operator

Head Constable (Radio Mechanic)

Candidates must have any one of the following:

• Pass in 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as regular subjects from a recognized board/university with 60% aggregate marks in PCM. Or
• Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board + two years ITI Certificate in one of the following trades:

1. Radio and Television
2. General Electronics
3. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)
4. Data Preparation and Computer Software
5. Electrician
6. Fitter
7. Information Technology & Electronics System Maintenance

Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years of age as of 23rd September 2025, and the relaxations for reserved categories are as per the government norms.
