Border Security Force (BSF) released the admit card on 7th March 2025 for the physical examination for Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial/Combatant Ministerial) posts. The BSF Admit Card 2025 has been issued for all those candidates who applied successfully for 1496 ASI, Head Constable Post. The admit card is also sent through SMS as well as registered email ID.
BSF Admit Card 2025 Out
Through the Assam Rifle Examination 2024, the BSF aims to fill a total of 1526 vacancies for Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial/Combatant Ministerial) posts in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs)and Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant) and Havildar (Clerk) post. The selection process is based on Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Exam Documentation Detailed Medical Examination.
The first stage of the recruitment exam for PET/PST is scheduled to be conducted from 17th March 2025 onward, for which the admit card link is now available at https://www.bsf.gov.in/. Candidates planning to appear for PET/PST are advised to download the admit card as soon as possible and check all exam details in advance.

BSF PET PMT Details
Here are the details for the Physical Standard Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial/Combatant Ministerial) posts.
Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates will be tested for the Physical Standards Test (PST), which includes height, chest, and weight measurements. The candidates who do not fulfill the laid down physical standard will be eliminated.

Physical Efficiency Test
Qualified candidates in the Physical Measurement Test will be called to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test. PMT Test will be done through their performances as per the following parameters.
