BMC Recruitment 2025 Summary

Candidates who do not exceed the age of 45 years are eligible to apply for the BMC Recruitment 2025. After candidates submit their applications, BMC will shortlist them based on their qualifications. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. After the interview, they will be assigned a job on a contract basis from 1st July 2025 to 31st March 2027.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced 116 vacancies for Program Coordinator, Dietician, Executive Assistant, Data Entry Operator (DEO), and MPW at NCD Corners. From these, the Dietitian has the maximum number of posts, which is 33. The post-wise vacancy distribution is summarized below in the table.

BMC Eligibility

Candidates who want to apply for the BMC Recruitment 2025 must first go through the educational qualifications and age requirements. If a candidate does not fulfill these conditions, their application can be rejected at any stage of the selection process. These criteria are important and must be read carefully before applying for the recruitment

Educational Qualification

Program Coordinator

• The candidate must have a degree in MBBS or any other medical field such as BAMS, BHMS, or BDS, recognized by the Maharashtra Medical Council or National Medical Commission.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health/Health Administration, such as Diploma/Masters in Public Health, DHA, or CHA.
• Candidates with at least one year of experience working in national health programs under public or non-governmental organizations will be given priority.

Dietician

• The candidate must have a B.Sc. degree in Dietetics from a recognized university and a postgraduate Diploma/M.Sc./Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from a UGC-recognized university.
• The candidate must hold a certificate of passing the MS-CIT exam or any computer/IT exam

Executive Assistant

• The candidate must be a graduate in Commerce, Science, Arts, Law, or a related field from a recognized university.
• The candidate should have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent/higher exam with Marathi and English as subjects of 100 marks each.
• The candidate must have passed English and Marathi typing exams with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in each.
• The candidate must hold a certificate of passing the MS-CIT exam or any computer/IT exam mentioned in:

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• The candidate must be a graduate in any stream.
• Must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent/higher exam with Marathi as a subject of 100 marks (either higher or lower level).
• The candidate must hold a certificate of passing the MS-CIT exam or a recognized computer/IT exam
• The candidate must have passed a typing course of at least 6 months from a government-recognized institute with a certificate issued by the Maharashtra Government.
• Typing speed should be at least 30 wpm in Marathi and 40 wpm in English, and a data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour is required.
• Must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, basic statistical tools, and computer programming.

NCD Corners MPW (Multi-Purpose Worker)

• Must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent/higher exam with Marathi as a subject of 100 marks (either higher or lower level).
• Must hold a certificate of passing the MS-CIT exam or a government-recognized computer/IT exam
