CSBC Bihar Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2025
Along with the official notification, the Bihar Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2025 has been released by officials in terms of educational qualifications and age limits. The applications of candidates who don’t fulfill the required eligibility parameters will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed their Intermediate (10+2) passed or Maulvi certificate issued by the Madrasa Board of Bihar State Government or Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate issued by the Sanskrit Board of Bihar State or any other equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government.

The age limit for the Bihar Police Constable is 18 years minimum and 25 years maximum.

Bihar Police Constable Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates for Bihar Police Constable posts will be based on the following stages. The first stage of the recruitment process, i.e., the written exam, is qualifying in nature, and the final merit of candidates will be based on total marks obtained by the candidate in all the three events under the physical efficiency test, namely running, high jump, and shot put.

CSBC Bihar Police Constable Exam Pattern 2025
Candidates preparing for पुलिस कॉन्स्टेबल भर्ती 2025 must go through the detailed exam pattern know the topics to be asked in the exam the marking scheme, total no. of questions and other details. The written exam is qualifying in nature, and no marks will be awarded for that.
- The written exam consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
- The written exam includes sections from Hindi, English, Math, Social Studies, Science, General Knowledge, and current affairs.

Bihar Police Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates will be screened for Physical Standards Test (PST) i.e. Height, Chest, and Weight measurements. The PST is qualifying in nature, and the candidates who do not fulfill the laid down physical standard will be eliminated

Bihar Police Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Based on candidates’ marks in the written exam and total released vacancy, a total 5 times the number of candidates for each category will be selected for the physical efficiency test. The PET exam will be held for a total of 100 marks. PMT Test will be done through their performances as per the following parameters.
