APPSC JE Eligibility Criteria 2025

Age Limit (As on 10/10/2025)

APPSC JE Exam Pattern 2025
The written exam includes two papers, i.e., General Studies & Aptitude (150 marks) and a Technical Paper (300 marks) based on the candidate’s engineering discipline. There will be a negative marking of 1/6 of the mark for each wrong answer. Candidates have to secure at least 33% aggregate marks (20% in each subject) to qualify for the viva-voce, while for PwBD candidates, the qualifying criteria are 20% aggregate with 12% in each subject.

The salary for APPSC Junior Engineer posts is offered under Pay Matrix Level-6, ranging from Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month.
