Marking Scheme for GATE Exam 2025
The GATE Exam 2025 consists of 30 papers for various branches of engineering and science. Each paper comprises 65 questions, including 10 questions from General Aptitude. 3 hours to complete the exam.
- 1 or 2 marks will be given for the correct answer
- For 1 mark question, 1/3 mark will be deducted for wrong answer
- For 2 marks question, 2/3 marks will be deducted for wrong answer
- No negative marking for MSQ & NAT
- There are no negative marks for Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions
