The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has started the Certificate Verification process for the Group 4 recruitment 2025 (Advt No. 07/2025) for Junior Assistant/Typist/Steno Typist. Candidates who were qualified based on the written exam are now required to participate in the online certificate verification stage, for which the link has been activated on 29th October 2025 at www.tnpsc.gov.in.
TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification 2025 Out
TNPSC has released the list of candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for online Certificate Verification based on their results of the written examination conducted on 12th July 2025, and ranks published on 22nd October 2025. Candidates whose registration numbers are mentioned in the list must upload their scanned copies of their original documents in their online application portal from 29th October to 7th November 2025.
TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification 2025 Link
The certificate verification process for TNPSC Group 4 2025 is conducted via an online Onscreen Certificate Verification (OCV) system. Candidates must upload all their relevant original certificates on the TNPSC’s One-Time Registration (OTR) platform before the last date. Only candidates who complete the document upload process will be considered for the physical verification and counselling stages afterwards.

Documents to be Uploaded
Candidates have to upload their documents and certificates on the TNPSC’s One-Time Registration (OTR) platform.
- Educational certificates such as 10th (SSLC), 12th (HSC), Diploma/Degree certificates.
- Community certificate (SC/ST/MBC/BC) valid and in the candidate’s name.
- Photo identification proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID).
- TNPSC Group 4 Scorecard and Admit Card printouts.
- Additional certificates for special categories like PwD, Ex-Servicemen, PSTM (Public Service Tamil Medium) etc.
- Technical certificates for posts like Typist and Steno-Typist.
What’s Next after TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification 2025?
Post verification, TNPSC will conduct counselling based on merit and category-wise vacancies. Final appointment orders will be issued to candidates who clear all stages successfully and are considered suitable for their respective posts.
