MAHA TET 2025 Overview

Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates to become teachers for primary (Classes 1-5) and upper primary (Classes 6-8) levels in schools within Maharashtra. MAHA TET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Those who wish to be hired for Class I to VIII Teachers in government schools of Maharashtra are first required to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the MAHA TET 2025 examination. Steps to Apply for Maharashtra TET 2025

Those who are interested and eligible to apply for the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test can do so by visiting the official exam portal and then following the detailed procedure shared below.

  1. Open the official exam portal for MAHA TET 2025, i.e., www.mahatet.in.
  2. Click on the “Candidate’s login” button available on the homepage.
  3. A drop-down menu opens up, tap on the “New Candidate Registration” button.
  4. Now, create a username and password. Then enter your full name, father’s name, mobile number, and email ID.
  5. Verify the OTP sent on the registered e-mail ID and mobile number.
  6. Now, go back to the login portal and enter the generated user ID and password.
  7. Here, enter all the relevant details including your qualifications.
  8. Then, upload the photograph, signature, mark sheets, and other necessary certificates.
  9. Preview the MAHA TET Application Form 2025 and then pay the application fees.
  10. Submit the application form now.

MAHA TET 2025 Exam Pattern

The MAHA TET 2025 exam consists of two papers, i.e., Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper is for 150 marks, and candidates are required to thoroughly check out the exam pattern for both papers before beginning their preparation for this state-level exam.

  • In both Papers 1 and 2, there will be a total of 150 multiple-choice questions.
  • For every correct answer, candidates get +1.
  • For a wrong answer, no marks will be deducted.
  • Both papers will be conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes each.

MAHA TET Certificate 2025
