The Punjab Police has announced the Punjab Police Constable Physical Test Dates 2025 on their official website www.punjabpolice.gov.in. The PST and PMT tests for the post of constable will tentatively start from the 2nd week of September 2025. Only the candidates who qualified in the Computer-Based Test will be eligible to appear for the Punjab Police Physical Test 2025, and those will qualify in the physical test will be called for document verification and medical examination.
Punjab Police Constable Physical Test Dates 2025 Out
A total of 1746 vacancies are released by the Punjab Police for the post of Constable, for which the 2nd stage of the selection process, i.e., Physical Test, that will include Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), will be conducted on the same day for which till now only the tentative schedule has been released, the confirmed dates will be announced shortly. The PMT is held to test whether the shortlisted candidates meet the required physical requirements, such as height, and in PST, candidates have to complete the given activities within the given time limits.

Punjab Police Constable PMT (Physical Measurement Test)
The Physical Measurement Test is held to test whether the shortlisted candidates meet the required physical requirements, such as height. The physical standards for both male and female candidates are different, and the same have been mentioned below.

Punjab Police Constable PST (Physical Screening Test)
Only the candidates who will be qualified in the CBT Exam will be eligible to appear for the PST. There will be various parameters like Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Full Squats, and their requirements will be different for male, female, and ex-serviceman candidates.
For Males
The males candidates who applied for Constable posts will be examined for the Physical Screening Test for the following parameters.
